Lily graduated with bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from Northumbria University in She completed the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2016 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2017 as an Advocate & Solicitor. In 2019, Lily was pursued further studies in Master of Business Admin in Global Business and obtained Dean’s Awards.

With a diverse range of experiences, Lily specializes in Corporate, Conveyancing, and civil litigation, both Contentious and Non-contentious. Her expertise extends to areas such as bankruptcy, debt recovery, divorce (Single Petition and Joint Petition), Personal Injuries Claims, JMB Disputes, Will and Probate, Letter of Administrative, Construction Adjudication, and Employment Cases in the Industrial Relation Court.

Furthermore, Lily has had the opportunity to gain experience in Criminal Litigation. She has handled cases involving offenses such as causing death by reckless or dangerous driving under s.41(1) Road Transport Act 1987, s.39B of the Dangerous Drug Act 1952, and matters under the Sexual Offences against Children Act 2017.

Additionally, she held a watching brief for a rape case. Lily's professional journey includes significant involvement in Corporate and Commercial areas. She served as an in-house Legal Counsel at AEON Co (M) Bhd., a public-listed company, for 2 years before starting her practice as an Advocate and Solicitor. After her admission to the Bar, Lily has consistently contributed to Corporate and Commercial areas. With this, she has rich experience in drafting, reviewing, commenting and advising on the variety of commercial and corporate agreements.
